The National Botanic Garden and Gardens of South Wales

From the Swansea Marriott Hotel

A repeat of this “sell out” 2010 break that took a tour around the world’s largest single span glasshouse and wonder at the plants, landscapes and waterfalls normally found in threatened Mediterranean environments.

There is much more to discover within the surrounding parkland at the National Botanics.  Our location at Swansea Waterfront makes a pleasant base for this three night tour which also includes Dyffren Gardens, arguably one of the most important Edwardian gardens of its era and Veddw House Garden, a highly acclaimed garden in Monmouthshire.

The private garden of Cilgwyn Lodge was a firm favourite with Hillier Garden members as was Dewstow Gardens and Aberglasney, gardens that were “lost in time” and restored to their former glory.
